Quality

  • We do our best to provide the best quality product photos. However, all monitors do not always provide the best representation of true colors. We can tell you this, our jewelry is more beautiful up close and personal.

Orders

  • If your item is in stock and we receive your order before 3pm CST, we will ship your items the day we receive your order. Otherwise, we ship the following day.
  • Backordered items ship in 4-5 weeks.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Warranty, Repairs & Returns

  • We accept item returns for the full price if returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. We do not pay for shipping charges. The return must be postmarked within this time-frame. Please include the original shipping receipt. A Return Authorization is not required. Please allow us 10 business days to process your return. The merchandise must be returned to us with the tags on and in its original condition.
  • We guarantee all our jewelry for defects or breakage from normal use within 90 of purchase with the original shipping receipt. Should any item need repair during this time-frame, send it back to us with the original shipping receipt and we’ll be happy to repair it for you free of charge.

Shipping Notes

  • Please provide the reason for your return and your contact information.
  • When returning your item, pack it securely and return it using prepaid shipping.
  • We recommend insuring your package for the value of the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
  • Please pack your return item carefully. We will not accept items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
